Position Overview
The VP Revenue will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and driving the company's revenue strategy across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to achieve revenue targets and foster sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the gaming and ad tech industries, proven success in sales and customer success management, and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with Odeeo’s overall business objectives and growth targets both on the supply and demand sides.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, ensuring alignment and collaboration to drive revenue growth.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Oversee the sales strategy and execution, including pipeline management, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion. Set and achieve ambitious sales and revenue goals.
- Customer Success: Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by implementing best practices in customer success, ensuring a seamless experience and long-term partnership.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, monitor performance, and optimize revenue strategies. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and results.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the gaming and ad tech industries to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Adapt strategies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic plans to meet revenue goals, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term growth strategies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and industry partners. Communicate effectively and inspire confidence across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in revenue management, with significant experience in the gaming industry. Experience in ad tech is highly desirable.
- Managerial Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing teams across various disciplines, including sales and customer success on both supply and demand sides.
- Sales and Customer Success Expertise: Strong background in sales management and customer success, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Data Orientation: Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience using data to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive plans to achieve revenue growth and business objectives.
