Junior Sales Executive
Odeeo is an innovative startup with a mission to create a better in-game user experience that respectfully connects gamers, developers, and brands through advertising innovation. We are building a new category in in-game audio advertising and are looking for strong operators who can execute while helping shape scalable sales processes.
The Role
We’re looking for a junior sales executive to support Odeeo’s growth in the US market. This is an entry-level role for someone who’s motivated to learn the craft of sales for brands, agencies, and platforms. The Junior Sales Executive role is a combination of sales activities and customer relationship management. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Agencies Partnership, you’ll be responsible for both growing existing business and closing new direct and programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands.
A successful JSE must have a clear understanding of the client’s long-term business objectives and seek partnership opportunities to further grow the client’s business with Odeeo. You’ll work closely with the team to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and support sales opportunities with agencies and brands using internal and external tools
- Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings with decision makers
- Support management and growth of existing client relationships
- Collaborate closely with programmatic and data teams to support campaign planning and execution
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in the company CRM
- Support preparation for sales meetings (account research, buyer mapping, meeting briefs)
- Participate in relevant industry events and be willing to travel occasionally within the region
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in relevant customer-facing roles (sales, SDR, BD, marketing, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- High motivation, coachability, and willingness to learn quickly
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and relationship-building
- Ability to grasp and clearly communicate technical and platform-based concepts
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple follow-ups and priorities
