We are building a new category in in-game audio advertising and are looking for strong operators who can lead execution while shaping scalable processes.

The Role

Odeeo’s Growth team is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome a Growth Manager who will partner closely with our Revenue department. We’re looking for someone passionate about mobile gaming and excited by the adtech ecosystem, eager to drive customer success, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth.

This role begins as a part-time position, with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role over time.

Responsibilities

• Client & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple client accounts, ensuring growth targets and performance goals are met
  
  
• Analysis & Optimization: Analyze performance data to uncover trends and insights, and execute data-driven strategies to optimize results
  
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Product, Data, and Finance to align objectives and drive business outcomes
  
  
• Client-Facing Deliverables: Create and present client-facing materials such as analyses, case studies, and presentations to support growth initiatives

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and key metrics to drive insights and strategic decisions
  
  
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
  
  
• Interest in mobile gaming, AdTech, or digital advertising
