Junior Business Development Manager

Odeeo is an innovative startup with a mission to create a better in-game user experience that respectfully connects gamers, developers, and brands through audio innovation. We are building a new category in in-game audio advertising and are looking for strong operators who can lead execution while shaping scalable processes.

The Role

Odeeo is growing, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to help fuel our sales pipeline. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused role for someone who's passionate about mobile gaming, adtech, and the art of opening doors. You'll be responsible for identifying the right prospects, sparking conversations, and setting the stage for our Business Development team to close.

This role begins as a part-time position, with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound outreach activity across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations with potential partners.

  • Identify and research mobile game developers, publishers, agencies, resellers, and advertisers that fit Odeeo's criteria.

  • Qualify outbound leads based on scale, geography, monetization model, DAU, and other key signals.

  • Schedule meetings and ensure smooth handoffs to the Business Development team.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene, track outreach activity, and surface insights from prospect conversations.

  • Consistently hit a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • First or second-year student - required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - required.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a part-time setup.

  • Genuine interest in mobile gaming, adtech, or digital advertising.

  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools, or a real eagerness to learn.
