The Head of Supply Sales will act as a key member of our leadership team, responsible for building and leading our growing sales team moving forward. This person will actively contribute to the ongoing success of the business while closely collaborating with customer success, product, and R&D.
You will manage the end-to-end onboarding of new publishers, from building a qualified supply pipeline and, initial outreach through complete integration. You will work with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical and business client requirements are fully met.
What does your day look like?
- Hire, grow and develop a top-notch sales team from scratch
- Build a complete sales funnel using multiple sources and industry tools
- Create a supply pipeline of relevant prospects, with a focus on gaming studios
- Pitch Odeeo’s solutions and USP to global game studios and game publishers
- High-level oversight of your onboarded accounts to ensure we are meeting expectations and objectives, and keeping your clients happy!
- Demonstrate strong growth and leadership strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our company and product growth
What skills should you have?
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Partnerships within a global advertising or gaming company
- Experience and confidence selling ad-based technology (SDK sales – a strong advantage)
- Proven ability to negotiate long-term deals
- Strong interpersonal skills (verbal & written) – a true “people person”
- Ability to multitask and manage various priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture
- English at a native level
